Please read the following terms carefully as they govern your interactions with us and ensure a seamless, professional experience:
1. Booking and Deposit Policy
– A deposit of £500 is required to secure your first SMP treatment slot.
– Deposits are refundable only if cancellation or rescheduling is requested with at least 1 week notice before the scheduled appointment.
– Failure to attend your appointment or to provide adequate notice for rescheduling will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
2. Payment Terms
– The balance for the treatment is due in full on the day of the appointment prior to starting the procedure.
– Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, or Bank Transfers.
3. Consultation Policy
– Consultations are mandatory for all clients and must be completed prior to booking treatment sessions.
– During the consultation, suitability for SMP will be assessed, goals discussed, and medical disclosures documented.
– Clients deemed unsuitable for SMP will be informed transparently and respectfully.
4. Appointment Policy
– Clients are required to arrive on time for all appointments.
– Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling, with the deposit applied to a future session at the discretion of the clinic.
– Missed appointments without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may incur additional charges.
5. Results Disclaimer
– SMP results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
– Maintenance sessions may be required to ensure long-lasting results, which will be discussed during consultations.
6. Client Responsibilities
– Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, or medications during their consultation.
– It is the client’s responsibility to adhere to pre- and post-treatment instructions to ensure the best possible results.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
– Dot-Micro respects your privacy. Personal data and treatment photographs will only be used for internal purposes or marketing with explicit consent from the client.
8. Clinic Policies
– Only the individual receiving treatment is allowed in the procedure room during sessions.
– The clinic reserves the right to refuse service for any behavior deemed aggressive, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms.
9. Refunds and Complaints
– Refunds are not provided for completed treatments under any circumstances.
– Any concerns about treatment must be raised within 7 days of the session to allow us to address them promptly.
10. Health and Safety
– Treatments are performed using sterile equipment in a clean and professional environment to ensure client safety.
